JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Partner Marketing
- Collaborate with Social, Brand, Broadcast, and Game Producers to execute partner marketing campaigns that support key tentpole events ensuring seamless integration across all initiatives.
- Manage the assets process, including but not limited to asset creation, approvals, and delivery timelines, ensuring all materials are developed and distributed on schedule.
- Support various pitches across internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect campaign reports from various sources and summarize performance data.
- Regularly update and refine Platform Partnerships Social Opportunities & Capabilities artifacts, ensuring accurate reflection of opportunities, capabilities, and success stories.
- Events
- Support, plan, and execute both in-person and digital events throughout the year, including Business Reviews, Partner Meetings, Esports Events, and Trade Shows.
- Responsibilities include securing space, coordinating guest schedules, drafting and finalizing contracts, and managing all day-of logistics.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure event materials are completed on time.
- Primary point of contact for partner on-site coordination, overseeing key event functions such as registration, setup, catering, and audio/visual needs.
- For Client s Esports events, serve as the primary liaison for the Esports Broadcast team, overseeing coordination and troubleshooting for live streaming issues across Social platforms.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of events and programs, including vendor coordination, travel arrangements, reservations, and attendee participation.
- Legal
- Support the submission of legal documents
- Coordinate and support day to day legal operations in making sure reviews and redlines and being done in a timely manner
- Maintain legal documents and records.
- Operational Support
- Take Partner meeting minutes with clear action items and follow ups from both internal and external teams
- Coordinate meetings
- Submit invoices and process payments on time
- Tracking and managing key documents and milestones across programs such as Airtable and Google Suite
- Maintain and manage databases, timelines and files inclusive of creative assets and presentations from both internal and external partners
- Support day-to-day team operations through a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
- You must bring a deep understanding and passion for gaming, with a strong affinity for titles whether it's staying up to date on the latest metas, engaging with our communities, or having a genuine love for the worlds we ve built.
- You have at least 4 years proven experience in working in Marketing, Social Media, Production, Project Management, or related area
- You have strong communication skills
- You have strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- You must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams
- You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- You are proactive and independent worker
- You are attention to detail
- You keep up with social media trends and gaming trends
