Datacenter Analyst (Operation)

Role: Datacenter Analyst (Operations)/ Field Engineer

Location: Mareitta, PA

Duration: 6 months

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Datacenter Analyst (Operations), located in Marietta, PA . The Datacenter Analyst will be responsible for overseeing daily datacenter operations, troubleshooting technical issues, managing infrastructure and operating systems, and ensuring smooth computer networking and IT operations. Duties include monitoring system performance, implementing security measures, and collaborating with other IT personnel to maintain high system availability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure management and operating systems
• Setup/Installation of new equipment in a global scale (Multiple Data centers/sites)
• Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support (e.g. Hardware Vendor)
• Provide IT support for on-site or off-site events and meetings.
• Collaborate with IT Company vendors and Engineers to ensure timely and accurate installation and enablement of IT assets, in compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Coordinate and perform company hardware installations (authorizations, escort, etc.), maintain company Data Center areas according to company requirements (safety, technical, operations, security, quality and compliance)
• Knowledge of computer networking and information technology
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in a datacenter environment is a plus
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
