Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of OSS/BSS solutions, FiOS.
- Create end-to-end architecture for OSS/BSS applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system design requirements, proposing suitable solutions that meet customer goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and act as a technical advisor to clients and senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers to ensure OSS/BSS solutions are delivered as per requirements.
- Integration & Implementation:
- Lead system integrations, data migrations, and upgrades within the OSS/BSS ecosystem.
- Ensure that solutions are compliant with industry standards and best practices, such as ITIL and TM Forum.
- Oversee and contribute to the configuration, customization, and testing of OSS/BSS applications.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting:
- Monitor the performance of OSS/BSS systems and ensure that they align with business and operational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and work on performance tuning and optimization.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare technical documentation including architectural blueprints, system configurations, and integration guides.
- Develop and maintain solution roadmaps and deployment plans.
- Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to leadership teams.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide training and mentorship to junior architects, developers, and other team members.
- Share knowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the OSS/BSS domain with internal teams.
