Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Enterprise Architect :
- Define and document EA standards and target architectures to guide architectural decisions
- Lead the migration from legacy systems to modern architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive plans for transitioning from current to future business, data, and infrastructure models
- Create architecture roadmaps to guide the product portfolio towards future-state architectures
- Communicate architecture decisions and standards across the organization
- Develop metrics to evaluate and report on EA's effectiveness
- Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises
Required Skills for Enterprise Architect :
- 10 years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture
- Familiarity with TOGAF and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Strong experience with integration technologies, MDM, BI, and Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce Core Development, Mulesoft/Integration, and .NET stack
