Major Tasks:
- Understand organizational needs and contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap and rally the crew to deliver mind-blowing programs on time, on budget, and beyond expectations!
- Dream big and craft program plans that tie ServiceNow magic to our business goals think ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and more.
- Lead a squad of superheroes developers, admins, testers, and change champs to crush it on every project.
- Champion organizational change by designing strategies that inspire teams to embrace new processes, tools, and ways of working with enthusiasm.
- Partner with execs, business leads, and IT rockstars to align ServiceNow initiatives with our grand vision.
- Oversee training initiatives that empower employees to thrive through change, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Track the wins report progress, metrics, and ROI to leadership with swagger and clarity, highlighting change success stories.
- Stay plugged into ServiceNow s latest tricks and trends bringing fresh ideas to keep us cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor s degree in IT, business, or something equally impactful
- 5 years in program management leading tech and business-related projects.
- Documented experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall approaches.
- Prefer PMP, ITIL, Agile, ServiceNow certification.
