Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Program Manager:

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications of the ServiceNow Program Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or something equally impactful.
- A minimum of 5 years in true program management leading tech and business-related projects with a "we've got this" vibe.
- Documented experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall approaches.
- Stellar communication skills.
- A deep love for all things ServiceNow- CSM, ITSM, SPM – you know the platform like the back of your hand.
- A knack for juggling priorities, solving problems, and keeping the good times rolling under pressure.
