We are currently looking to fill the following position:
SWING SHIFT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assures that preventative maintenance and repair on buildings, equipment and operating systems are safely and properly conducted and documented.
- Supervises PM work to ensure mechanics are completing PM work Correctly
- Performs PM Audits using CMMS after PM work have been completed to identify PM deficiencies and edit the PM if necessary

Must be familiar or willing to learn CMMS system to Create, Close and look up work orders and track Labor & Parts
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of maintenance work.
- Personally, performs routine maintenance tasks and inspections as needed.
- Continuous training of maintenance personnel.
- Participate as a valuable member of the Maintenance TEAM.
- Regularly inspects building, equipment, and safety systems and corrects deficiencies
- Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical problems on all facility equipment and systems.
- Actively supports the use of Root Cause Analysis.
- Plans and organizes maintenance work and projects.
- Complete various reports and paperwork.
- Coordinates the work of outside contractors and repairman
- Submits requisitions for tools, materials, parts and supplies
REQUIREMENTS
- Thorough knowledge of all Facility processes including technical operating specifications for the processes.
- Thorough understanding of Facility operating equipment systems including but not limited to boiler and steam systems, plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of appropriate tools, materials and methodology used in facilities maintenance.
- Must be able to respond to subordinate maintenance workers on questions involving operating methods and repair of machinery used in the Facility.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of five years facilities and operational maintenance experience with a minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
- This person must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school or GED required.
WAGE RANGE: $70,000 to $85,000 per year
BENEFITS: Competitive benefit package offered for employees (and qualified dependents) working 30 hours per week includes medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, 401k, PTO accrual up to 15 days per year, six (6) paid holidays annually, and three (3) floating holidays.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
