Purpose: The Receptionist will work as part of the Agri-Fab customer care team. The receptionist’s main responsibility is to direct all calls and visitors of the company to their correct recipients keeping a smooth flow of informational traffic throughout the building and out to the customers. The receptionist assists customer care department in general standard work tasks as assigned.
Essential Functions
Required but not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls
- Greeting and directing visitors throughout the building.
- Manage inbound/outbound of the post office mail, postage meter and supplies
- Manage the inbound fax routing for customer care
- Enter maintenance tickets for office and copier needs
- Set-up meetings for various employees within the corporate building.
- Keeping the phone number list up to date.
- Handle packages for customer service.
- Handles DHL, FedEx and UPS shipments when needed.
- Supports executives with food order and pick up for meetings when needed.
- Requests approvals/orders office supplies for corporate building
- Service Console standard work, answering cases, entering person accounts/product registration
