Schedule : 8-hour shifts

Monday – Thursday 7 : 30am – 5 : 00pm; Fridays 8 : 00am – 12 : 00pm

Position Purpose :

Perform receptionist and switchboard duties and miscellaneous clerical tasks.

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or GED

Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

General clerical training or experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Essential Responsibilities :

Work hours assigned by leadership and be available to work additional hours when

Respond to all incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary.

Welcome all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate parties or locations.

Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as

Answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as

Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and

Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of

Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every

Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing

Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by

Pay : Based on education, experience, and credentials

Starting Pay :

18 / hour
