Salary Information
The minimum starting hourly rate for this position is $22.42. In addition, we offer a supplemental pay program recognizing regular full-time benefited eligible hourly employees who work second, third, and weekend shifts. This program provides additional compensation for hours worked between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM and Friday at 11:00 PM to Sunday at 11:00 PM.
Job Description
As a Production Operator on our third shift team, you will be responsible for performing all work-related tasks using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) following the Food Safety and Food Quality requirements of the SQF program. This includes communicating and troubleshooting issues with the production supervisor or team lead, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), handling situations professionally, and adhering to company rules, regulations, and core values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 60lbs
- Able to stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day
