Job Summary
Cabot Creamery seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead its marketing efforts in driving sustainable growth across existing and new retail distribution. As a key member of the CEO's leadership team, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business disciplines, including supply chain, finance, and analytical skills.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in senior management roles, leading branding and marketing efforts for mid-size food & beverage brands. They will be able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and creative content across channels to foster a deeper connection with consumers and drive demand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute long-term brand and consumer strategies that strengthen the market position of Cabot Creamery.
• Lead the development and execution of tailored shopper marketing programs that drive sales performance across the brand's retail distribution.
• Collaborate closely with other senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
• Utilize primary, secondary, and syndicated data to measure and track business and brand KPIs, including sales performance and brand health.
Requirements:
• Substantial experience at a senior management level in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with demonstrated success in leading branding and marketing efforts.
• Strong knowledge of business disciplines, including supply chain, finance, and analytical skills.
• Excellent executive-level written and oral communication skills and the ability to represent the Marketing function at Agri-Mark Board meetings as needed.
• Ability to travel as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
