Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Shop/Yard Associate to join our team in Garner, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in both the shop and yard areas of our facility. This may include organizing inventory, loading and unloading customers, operating machinery, mounting tires and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory in the shop and yard
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or other machinery
- Operate equipment and tools as needed
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a shop or yard setting preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
