Equipment Assembler

NOW HIRING --- EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLER

Summary: We are seeking an individual who is mechanically inclined and has some experience working with heavy equipment.

Job Description:

• Follow engineering blueprints to assemble parts into subassemblies and finished product.
• Safely operate overhead hoists for positioning and lifting larger objects.
• Perform final quality inspections and performance testing of engine and electronics on large assemblies and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain organization of component parts and work area.
• Assist with loading and unloading product for shipment on flatbed trailers.
• Suggest new ideas for continuous company improvement.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience working with hand and power tools (sockets, hammers, wrenches, impacts, torque wrenches, etc.)
• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Able to safely work on a platform or ladder.
• Able to read and follow instructions.
• Able to continually stand or move and climb.
• Able to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
• Work well with others and independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
