Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Management to gather and document the scope of the proposal.
- Submit proposal materials to Sales and Management for review and approval.
- Organize sub-contractor proposal packages and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Ensure timely submission of all proposals and budgets.
- Verify accuracy of information on purchase orders.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support bidding strategies by providing Management with relevant job information.
- Develop cost analyses based on previous project data.
- Manage cash flow and update project budgets accordingly.
- Calculate cost estimates for job-related expenses, including materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and labor.
- Maintain accurate records in bid tab sheets.
