Agricultural Distributing, Inc., a well-established manufacturing company in Woodland, is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Coordinator. This position performs customer service duties while processing sales orders from entry to invoicing, and maintaining inventory control. This position requires the ability and desire to work in an environment where multi-tasking is the norm, excellent communications skills are essential, and customer service is a priority.
We are looking for the type of person who likes to work in a high-energy manufacturing environment and who works best with a wide variety of job responsibilities. The ability to interact effectively with customers and fellow employees in a positive, energetic manner is a must.
The successful candidate will have at least three years of customer service and basic office experience including proficiency with Word and Excel. Previous experience with SYSPRO or other manufacturing software is preferred. This individual must also possess the ability to perform basic accounting transactions. Solid organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail are a must. Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
