Under direction of the General Counsel, the incumbent performs the more responsible, varied, and complex technical analytical staff services assignments including: reviewing and analyzing surveys, policy reports, and analytical studies; providing analytical support for a variety of projects; formulating and assisting with implementing procedures and policies; and providing backup administrative support to the General Counsel.

- Ability to analyze data and present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to gain and maintain the confidence and cooperation of those contated during the course of work.
