We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Lead to join our Agriland FS team in Orient. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong mechanical aptitude, and experience working with agricultural equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operations team, scheduling preventative maintenance projects, and overseeing product application. Additionally, you will assist with the recruitment and training of operational personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team and ensure seamless execution of tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Class A CDL with all required endorsements
- Excellent business skills with experience in budgeting and inventory
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively operate all equipment at the facility
