AGRILAND FS is a premier agricultural cooperative seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Operations Lead - Agronomy.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and performing preventative maintenance projects, managing product delivery, and overseeing product application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules
- Coordinate product delivery and application
- Recruit, select, and develop operational personnel
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members
- Ensure seamless operation of all equipment at the facility
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with all required endorsements
- Excellent business skills with experience in budgeting and inventory management
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Experience or strong understanding of Ag Retail preferred
