Agriland FS is looking for an expert in mechanical and agronomic operations to join our team as an Outside Lead. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Woodbine location.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for scheduling and leading teams, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and leading teams
- Ensuring efficient operations
- Overseeing product delivery and application
- Maintaining shop tools and facilities
- Developing and implementing new procedures
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with all required endorsements
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate equipment effectively
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work beyond regular hours
- Good organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Experience in Ag Retail preferred
