Operations Management Position
AGRILAND FS seeks a seasoned leader to direct operations and coordinate product distribution for assigned locations. This individual will supervise location managers to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Lead team members, location managers, and customer service teams
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Collaborate with location managers to manage expenses and maintain knowledge of products and services
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling
- Provide technical information and support to location teams
- Implement best practices to achieve strong financial performance and outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Experience in Ag Retail or strong understanding of the industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent business skills, including CTO, budgeting, and inventory management
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Class A CDL with endorsements
- Custom Applicator License
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks
