Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Accounting / Grower Accounting

4-7 years’ experience

2-3 years management experience in an accounting setting

Ability to communicate with growers and management

Must possess good organizational skills and be cable of prioritizing time and tasks appropriately

Knowledge of relevant computer applications

Confidentiality and trust

Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the business.

Ability to present oneself with professional appearance and behavior in accordance to Employee Handbook Policies.

Ability to meet all security requirements and / or pass a drug and alcohol test (security sensitive positions only).
