Accounting Functions :

Payroll Functions :

Review employee timesheets processing (submit per diem & expense reimbursement when applicable)

Assist employees with forms regarding time off, sick pay, vacation, etc.

Work with local farm supervisors and other employees to ensure timecards are accurate

Generate and review payroll reports

Report Meal Break Violations

Timecard Training

Requirements : Required :

2-3 years’ experience in Accounting / Payroll

Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), Windows

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Time Management skills

1 year of experience in payroll processing

Preferred :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Famous Software Experience

Laserfishe Software Experience

General knowledge of : Agriculture and farm related activities

Bilingual (English & Spanish)
