The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients. What this role is all about: We are looking for a Human Capital Coordinator in Luxemburg, WI. The Human Capital Coordinator assists with recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, employee relations and special projects. This position conducts phone screens, interviews, new hire orientations, maintains personnel and department files and prepares and updates department reports. The Human Capital Coordinator provides backup assistance to the Human Capital Business Partner. This position understands and completes all job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state compliance regulations and laws.
