This position will also coordinate special projects and events.Monday - Friday8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pmWhat you need to join our team : Provide general administrative support to management and supervisors including : reporting, processing and reconciliations, document and presentation preparation, customer service, and other projects and duties as assigned.Perform various reception duties including : coordinating guest visits / security key cards,answering phones and properly directing callers, preparing for meetings or tours, and handling inbound and outbound mail / UPS / FedEx and tracking.Assist new hires with questions and ordering any necessary materials.Help with catering / planning events.Assist HC with certain tasks.No experience required; in house training providedWillingness to learn and work as a teamDesire to grow with a stable companyWhere you’ll be working : Le Sueur, MNOur presence in Le Sueur, MN, consists of the following facilities : Le Sueur Cheese, Le Sueur Ingredients, Le Sueur Protein Research Center and the Le Sueur Business Office.
