Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of administrative functions that support the leadership team and provides general office support. As part of our collaborative environment, you will be the backbone of some of our day-to-day operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules with a high degree of precision and flexibility.
- Support with submitting and processing expense reports, ensuring accruacy and timely submission in accordance with company policy
- Provide comprehensive travel support (internationally and domestically) including booking, changing, and arranging travel accommodations (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events (on or off site) from end to end, including scheduling, space reservations and set-up, catering, accommodations, and ensuring conferencing/technology set up
- Provide administrative support to multiple leaders, anticipating needs and offering solutions
- Handling a variety of support tasks, demonstrating a high level of resourcefulness and a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with other Executive/Administrative Assistants on various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- An associate degree in related field or advanced business courses, or equivalent relevant or progressive experience in administrative roles will be considered in lieu of degree
- An excellent understanding of general office practices and event support/planning
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in an environment with ambiguity.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting executive management is preferred
- Additional certifications or degree in office administration is a plus
Additional Information
- The salary range for this non-exempt position is $48,000-$63,000 annually. Individual pay for this role can fall anywhere within this range and is dependent on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, applicable education, job knowledge, certifications, role complexity, job geographic location, etc. In addition to base compensation, Bosch offers a comprehensive total rewards package focusing on overall well-being and benefit offerings being effective Day 1!
