Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Partner with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans and provide recommendations.
- Analyze key business drivers and financial trends to support decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business objectives.
- Support month-end close by ensuring financials are accurate and aligned with forecasts.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
- Conduct slot performance analytics, revenue and unit reporting, and research to assess trends and business performance.
Process Improvement & Business Intelligence
- Improve forecasting and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead system upgrades and enhancements for financial reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and work cross-functionally to improve financial and operational efficiencies.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as a financial partner to department leaders, helping to translate financial data into business insights.
- Support and mentor finance team members to foster growth and development.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of experience with management reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable track record of working with and servicing internal stakeholders.

- Experience with Macros, VBA, and SQL knowledge
