Job Summary :
The Sales and Operations Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations teams on a day-to-day basis. The administrator will assist in various reporting, pipeline management, contract requests and serve as a liaison to adjacent departments on behalf of the sales and operations teams. In addition, the administrator will input and process sales orders in the sales tracking system, manage and maintain billing lines, adjustments, and credits.
Responsibilities :
- Opportunity Management – Input and maintain sales opportunities using Salesforce and follow up with sales team regularly
- Set Up New Accounts- Work with various teams to set up new accounts as needed
- Order Execution – Input executed sales orders into NAV to begin production process
- Automated Billing Lines – Work in tandem with Accounting to add, maintain, and adjust products and product pricing as it relates to invoicing, billing and addressing customer related billing issues
- Expenses – May be asked to check over expense reporting for rule compliance
- Contract Requests – Work with Contract Admin to manage contract requests and follow-up
- Data Management – Regularly maintain, pull & format assorted reports for Sales Management
- Ad-hoc support – Assist as needed with any critical projects / needs of Sales & Operations Management
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma
- College coursework related to business, finance or equivalent experience desired
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative support experience
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have an acute attention to detail, demonstrate solid organizational skills, enjoy personal project management, be proactive and self motivated
- Demonstrable track record of working with and servicing internal stakeholders
- Ability to work on complex problems with limited oversight
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and abilities
- Knowledge of Salesforce system, Business Central or other tracking systems preferred
