The Customer Success - Sales Operations position focuses on managing the entire onboarding process for new property owners. It involves coordinating tasks like document collection, scheduling, inspections, and follow-ups while ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at multitasking, with experience in property management or administrative roles being a plus. We are interested in candidates open to working in our Las Vegas, NV office.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all required steps are completed efficiently.
  • Facilitate document collection, verification, and data entry to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate necessary tasks related to onboarding, including scheduling, inspections, meetings and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Identify and resolve any onboarding issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of onboarding progress and report updates as needed.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with property owners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM, property management software, or data tracking tools preferred.
