AGS are retained by a $300 million Water Treatment Plant GC in Louisville looking to succession-plan an incumbent Vice President of Estimating.
With decades of experience executing high-profile projects across various delviery methods, our client is looking for a technically gifted, sales-driven Senior Estimator to implement strategy, lead personnel and develop Preconstruction standards and processes.
Minimum Applicant Requirements:
- 10 years' Water/ Wastewater construction experience
- Self-perform, Design-Build and CMAR project delivery method experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Ability to forecast design and materials at a conceptual level and develop a detailed estimate
