What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide hands-on IT support across Windows, macOS, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Manage user accounts via Okta and Azure AD.
- Lead IT and Security projects, including system upgrades, hardware setups, and network configurations.
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure endpoint security with tools like Crowdstrike.
- Handle help desk tickets, monitor system performance, and document processes for efficiency.
- Set up and manage Zoom Rooms, networking gear, and more.
What You Bring:
- 3 -6 years of experience
- Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile device management.
- Expertise in Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Okta.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and clear communication.
- Security-first mindset with knowledge of tools like Crowdstrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender.
- Ability to work independently, lead projects, and manage IT assets.
- Experience in SaaS management and automation.
