About the Role :
This role will focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring and branch managers to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions, including Operations, IT, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles.
- High-Volume Recruiting : Partner with managers to hiring needs, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Pipeline Building : Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Position Specialization : Recruit for specialized roles.
- Candidate Sourcing : Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and clear communication.
- Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide recruitment insights, and refine selection criteria.
- Reporting & Metrics : Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
