What are the responsibilities and job description for the Robotic Press Line Operator position at AGS - Sterling Heights?

Pull and set dies for any die repairs and preventative maintenance

Assist Tool Room with performing in - die change overs

Start-up, shutdown, and changeover of Robotic and Press related equipment

Understand system functions and perform problem solving tasks

Maintenance, housekeeping, and minor adjustments of robot end of arm tools and associated automation nests and sensors

Stepping of robotic equipment through its path. Minor "touch-up" robot point teaching

Maintain the robotic press line to standard conditions

Resetting / restoring safety devices, such as pressed "E" stops. Starting and stopping the line

Performing safety and automation inspections

Cutting banding of loads.

Labelling and final audit inspection of finished goods

Record keeping, performing housekeeping tasks, and removing scrap

Perform any other related duties that may be specifically or generally assigned from time to time

Salary : $25 - $30
