How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Packaging Operator you will have a great career and so much more. You will be a part of all packaging operations.
Essential Job Duties:
- Review daily paperwork from all packaging stations.
- Ensure department areas are clean and orderly.
- Operate a forklift.
- Communication with shipping and receiving to get lot assignments, labels and seals.
- Verify Magnet and Metal Detector checks.
- Fill out and investigate corrective action requests.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or GED Equivalent
Hiring Requirements: Must submit for and pass a background check and drug test.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position is for nights.
