Position: Location Manager
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually

Position Overview:
The Location Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations at the facility, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, financial performance, operational efficiency, employee safety, and workforce development. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader capable of driving business growth, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring top-notch service for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage all employees at the facility, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational goals and customer needs.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain the company’s safety program, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
- Ensure all seed products meet quality specifications and maintain high standards of product integrity.
- Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System at the location, serving as the ISO Management Representative.
- Clearly communicate business goals, strategies, and expectations to all team members, ensuring alignment across the location.
- Ensure that customer needs are met promptly and with the required quality, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Manage staffing levels to meet business demands and ensure continuous, efficient operations.
- Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for all full-time employees.
Requirements:
- A 4-year degree in Agriculture or related field preferred, or a minimum of four years of experience in seed production or related agricultural operations.
- A solid agricultural background will help excel in this role.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to build and lead a team, fostering collaboration and motivation.
