Position Overview
AgTerra is seeking a talented Front-End UI / UX Specialist to craft exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS). In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of intuitive interfaces that empower field workers and land managers throughout North America. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and back-end developers to design and implement engaging, user-centric interfaces for our core products.
Key Responsibilities
- UI / UX Design & Development
Translate user stories, wireframes, and mockups into engaging, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences continuously.
Develop mobile application UI for Android and iOS (native or cross-platform).
Coordinate with product owners, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver well-rounded solutions.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, providing guidance to junior developers when needed.
Follow industry standards and internal guidelines to maintain code quality and readability.
Stay updated on new front-end technologies, UI trends, and UX best practices, sharing insights to drive innovation.

2 years in front-end / UI development, showcasing responsive design and user-centric solutions.
Strong portfolio demonstrating your UI / UX expertise and coding capabilities.
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
