Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping crew to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep.
- Manage irrigation systems and ensure proper watering techniques are implemented.
- Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and garden beds.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train new team members on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, with a focus on leadership roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including irrigation management, lawn care, and tree care.
- Ability to build relationships with team members and clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable.
