Office Manager/Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description
- Answering phones giving exceptional customer service
- Communicate with clients for scheduling and organization
- Filling customer orders and fielding inbound sales calls
- Running schedules for jobs in coordination with the Operations Manager
- Organizing routes for optimum service and timeliness
- Coordinate activities for all company departments: owners, sales teams, multiple technicians, and supplementary office help
- Adapt some customers orders for field technician.
- Coordinate with Outside Bookkeeping Service to make sure books stay on track.
- Send invoices and follow up on payments.

Skills & Responsibilities
- Customer Service Experience in a phone based role preferred
- Geographical knowledge of New England, Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities and knowledge of the traffic patterns in order to schedule commitments for customer needs would be helpful
- Good administrative and technical skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately while on phone to document calls
- Proven organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to balance several tasks with ease while having a focus on quality
- Sales experience with ability to overcome objections helpful
- Ability to be at work when scheduled. Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
