EAST ORLANDO APPLICANTS ONLY must live close to University Blvd /417 : Looking for an Airbnb Room Attendant/ Housekeeper to clean an Airbnb bedroom only not the whole house. This job will be to clean / change over a room and bathroom $25 for one room or $40 when it is 2 rooms to clean. Each room should take less than an 1 hour to clean. There is 2 rooms on the property. I am looking for someone that lives close by the property with in 15 minute drive of (417 & University) and I am able call as needed to turn over the room/ rooms. you must be able to work weekends. Must be able to work between 11am and 3pm. With most cleanings starting at 11:15am.
Responsibilities for Room Attendant / Housekeeping:
- Change & Laundry bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
- Clean public areas, like corridors
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy.
- Follow cleaning guidelines
- Must be able to clean between 11:00am-3:00pm
Skills
- Work experience as a Room Attendant or Maid
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Good physical health and stamina
- Flexibility to work
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- High school diploma is a plus
