Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant experience during their visit. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments for guests by phone and in person.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point of sale (POS) system.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the guest experience and help fill service providers schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the guest service area.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.
- Perform daily cleaning and tasks to help support service providers.
- Understanding of the product lines we carry and special promotions we are offering.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with retail math.
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, weeknights and some Saturdays.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to multitask and follow through with tasks.
- Confident taking and making phone calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
