Administrative Assistant – Full Time - Camp Hill, PA
AHEDD, a local 501c3 based in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. Established in 1977, AHEDD is a private, non-profit organization that provides employment services for people with all disability types. In the role as Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to our central office team and regional field offices. Join us in making a meaningful impact in our community. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service to our participants and our stakeholders.
Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office activities and provide administrative support to staff.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and direct calls as needed.
- Assist with our board of directors’ meetings (assembling the report, taking meeting minutes, etc.).
- Maintain organized filing systems and managed electronic documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and emails.
- Complete office supply orders.
- Assist with contract management.
- Assist with participant file auditing.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in an administrative setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with electronic file maintenance.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) and comfortable with learning new technology.
- Must be eligible for state and federal clearances.

Administrative Assistant Schedule:
- Availability to work in person at AHEDD’s Camp Hill office Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm.
