We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Sales Project Manager based in Kingsford, MI.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead project management and relationship-building efforts to successfully oversee mechanical projects across Upper Michigan and Northern Wisconsin. You will coordinate the entire project team, including foremen, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Tasks include performing preliminary estimates, preparing material and equipment pricing, and sourcing competitive vendors and services. While managing mechanical projects is the primary focus, you will also contribute by developing estimates for both new and existing customer projects.
Requirements:
We seek a candidate with at least three years of related mechanical commercial construction experience, strong sales and business acumen. A college degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience through field work is required. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, customer service, computer, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
