How You Will Contribute:

You'll lead and coordinate the entire project team, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Responsibilities include performing preliminary estimates, preparing material and equipment pricing, and sourcing competitive vendors and services.
Key Qualifications:
- At least three years of related mechanical commercial construction experience
- Strong sales and business acumen
- A college degree in a related engineering field and local construction experience or equivalent from field experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, computer, and organizational skills
