AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to be located in Mountville, PA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

JOB DUTIES :

• Support the sales process through collaboration with the General Manager and NSA Sales Team.
• Identify potential business needs of customer accounts related to and including marketing programs, product knowledge and specifications, weekly inventory management and weekly POS.
• Proactively collaborate with both internal AHF COS and Supply Chain and external customer COS and Supply Chain on a regular basis to ensure inbound orders and outbound shipments are efficiently processed.
• Act as the lead point of contact on all compliance related topics including fill rates and on-time performance and complete report outs to Director on a regular basis.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new product information including digital assets, copy content and specifications.
• Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
• Be the primary available sales contact to assigned customer providing them with new product information, sample and literature support, selection assistance and claim resolution
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, dealers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources
• Act as a technical resource for accounts
• Achieve KPIs and goals
• Participate in national and regional sales campaigns and new process and product launches as a selling team
• Resolve service, sales, and / or pricing related issues to ensure retailer satisfaction
• Coordinates customer training programs
• Support and resolve post sales related issues
• Engaged in proactive sales activities for assigned customers to develop service-based, long-term relationships; initiative contact; and assist in product selection
