Duties
- Assist in managing and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and support B2B sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth.
- Support sales management by preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights on sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
