We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join AHL Healthcare Group as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for AHL homes in Duluth. In this position you will be addressing concerns in all the properties that involve conducting repairs, installing appliances, painting, flooring, waste disposal, performing scheduled maintenance tasks, and assisting with major projects within the AHL Healthcare organization as required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and renovation tasks is essential.

Schedule Availability:
Various Shifts Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
Job Duties:
Complete routine and scheduled maintenance across all properties in a timely manner
Perform repairs, installations of light fixtures, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures and all house hold appliances
Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems to include purchasing and delivering water softener salt monthly to all metro properties
Must have the skills and ability to replace both interior and exterior doors and windows
Solid experience with flooring, from stretching carpet to full replacement and repair to include wood, vinyl, linoleum, stone and tile and carpeting
Maintain exterior of homes and repair as needed
Repair, replace and build outdoor decks, stairs, and fences
Be on-call to respond to emergency issues
Required Skills:

Requirements:
18 years or older
Pass a MN DHS Background Study
Pay wage based on experience
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical systems
Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
Managing and reviewing the maintenance requests the planning and prioritizing work
Documentation of property safety concerns and inspections
Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
Available afterhours for emergencies
Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check
Salary : $20 - $23
