Position Summary :
The Global Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our specialty paper portfolio in Food Business. This position will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, coordinating strategic market growth initiatives, and leading the product and business part for key new product developments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Management background and skillset, consistent experience in B2B multinational environment, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful product launches. A good understanding of the specialty paper market will be considered a preferential element. This position is hybrid and will require the individual to be onsite 2-3x in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Product Development and Pre-Project Management :
Develop comprehensive business cases and product requirements for new product initiatives.
Coordinate market growth initiatives to maximize portfolio effectiveness.
