Our business expansion has spoken- WE want a dynamic and detailed-oriented entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join the team!
This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of various digital marketing strategies.
Duties
Oversee website and social media content with directive from Company President/Owner.
Assist the President with projects, assignments, and brand development.
Create and maintain content both virtual and physical for marketing and administrative use.
Update, gather, and present marketing data.
Assist leadership team with other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
- Assist in budgeting processes for various marketing projects, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
Experience
A self-motivated individual that can work independently as well as in a team setting.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in an office atmosphere.
Familiar with Social Media and Marketing practices.
Experienced creating content with Canva or similar Graphic Design Software.
Able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
You have a Bachelor’s in Marketing or equivalent job experience.
Your Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent Project management and organization skills.
Able to think creatively and analytically.
High attention to detail and able to think on your feet.
