PRIMARY PURPOSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Perform switchboard operations duties as needed; transfer calls appropriately and greet visitors. Process and file PCN's for pay scale raises, for job, dept. and supervisory changes
- Process and sort incoming mail for the campus
- Maintain petty cash box; process petty cash vouchers as necessary
- Process and perform payroll requirements as required
- Take and maintain minutes for meetings conducted by Campus Lead
- Handle all campus access problems.
- Perform duties related to Return-to-Work and TAD associates
- Maintain OSHA certification and re-certification associate records
- Coordinate performance reviews for the campus leadership team
- Process and submit required reports for campus
- Order office supplies when needed
- Issue and process purchases orders approved by campus management
- Perform necessary filing of processed documents
- Coordinate with HR Partners in posting and evaluating job bids/postings for open positions
- Assistant in conducting and performing with HR Partner drug screenings
- Coordinate and assist with the Corporate office the organization of sponsored fundraisers
- Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group or campus that will maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and productive.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity.
- Responsible for assigning parking permits and lockers to appropriate associates
