The Talent Program roles are responsible for partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to drive integrated talent management & associate engagement strategies, programs, processes, and tools in the discipline of succession planning, performance management, career planning/pathing and individual development plans to meet the current and future business needs of ADUSA Distribution & Transportation. Additionally, the roles have responsibility for building, supporting, and executing early talent programs such as internships, co-ops, university partnerships and management trainee & rotational programs.

The Talent Program roles are responsible for partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to drive integrated talent management & associate engagement strategies, programs, processes, and tools in the discipline of succession planning, performance management, career planning/pathing and individual development plans to meet the current and future business needs of ADUSA Distribution & Transportation. Additionally, the roles have responsibility for building, supporting, and executing early talent programs such as internships, co-ops, university partnerships and management trainee & rotational programs.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Execute performance management,including but not limited to communication strategies, create tools to support processes and facilitate training with HRBPs and other team members.
- Proactively stay in sync with the latest trends in talent and engagement throughout the industry. Create avenues for collaboration across the brand.
- Consult with HRBPs and key stakeholders to identify issues and gather data to determine effective talent engagement strategies, and partner with the HR team and business leadership to implement recommended strategies, solutions and tools to support talent processes.
- Coordinate the talent processes; work directly with the HR Business Partners and business leadership to ensure an efficient and smooth end-to-end process for participants.
- Develop change management strategies to enroll stakeholders and ensure adoption of processes and tools across the organization.
- Create, execute and manage best-in-class early talent programs to pipeline future talent for the organization. This includes sustaining existing university partnerships and developing new partnerships that advance ADUSA D&T's strategic ambitions. Partnerships will offer associate development / enrichment, learning support and academic access that provides research and industry insights. In partnership with the HRBPs, identify alumni and other leaders who can serve as talent ambassadors for external partnerships.
- Measure the outcomes and results of talent processes to ensure continuous improvement and provide metrics and reporting to leadership.
- Select, work with, and effectively manage outside vendors as appropriate.
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to support the development and engagement of the overall HR team
Preferred Qualification

Strong emotional intelligence and confidence to influence and facilitate talent programs and associate engagement strategies throughout organization hierarchy, as well as lead interaction with executive-level candidates.
- HR Certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, ODCP/ODCC) preferred
Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred -
