What are the responsibilities and job description for the Virtual Moderator (Remote) position at AHRC Suffolk?
- Create segment schedule for Activity Plan
- Maintains advanced working knowledge of relevant applications, services, technologies, team-based productivity tools
- Provide assistance with software and/or technology hiccups to maintain an organized session
- Oversee necessary paperwork including but not limited to material lists, attendance logs, and Medisk hours
- Lead various segments through the day that will engage people receiving service
- Support organizational development by working collaboratively with team to assess knowledge, skill and ability gaps and needs within the program
- Provide oversight for review and evaluation of training new Moderators
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of computer technology, including but not limited to logging in to a Zoom session, trouble shooting, screen share, and muting
- Ability to captivate people in attendance with prepared segments
